4 memorable moments from the Las Culturitas Culture Awards

The 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards made their television debut, airing on Bravo Tuesday night.

The annual awards show, created by “Saturday Night Live” cast member Bowen Yang and “I Love That for You” star Matt Rogers, is described by the duo as “an awards show that’s really a comedy special disguising itself as an awards show.”

From “Worst Sticky Feeling” to “Best Crier” to “Excellence in Lesbianism,” the more than 100 comical award categories made for no shortage of memorable moments.

Here’s a look at the four silliest awards of the night.

Lifetime of Culture

The award for “Lifetime of Culture” was presented to Allison Janney in a thrilling tribute to the actress’ career.

After a humorous speech from former “SNL” star Kristen Wiig, five performers paid homage to Janney‘s iconic roles by dressing up as her characters from “I, Tonya,” “The West Wing,” “The Diplomat,” “Palm Royale” and “Drop Dead Gorgeous.”

Although the bit, which was filled with a series of absurd interpretative dances, made the audience erupt with laughter, the actress was genuinely touched by the honor.

“It’s incredibly humbling,” Janney said in her acceptance speech. “And probably my favorite award show I’ve ever attended.”

In Absentia Honorees

In a twist on an “In Memoriam” segment, Yang and Roger’s presented the “In Absentia” bit in honor of the nominees who were not in attendance at the ceremony.

The hosts crooned “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” by Aerosmith as a slideshow of photos and videos displayed of those who were not at the show, including Lady Gaga and Billie Eilish.

Michelle Obama was “too good for this,” while Chappell Roan had a “guinea pig emergency.”

Eva Longoria Award for Tiny Woman, Huge Impact

Quinta Brunson, who’s under 5 feet tall, took home the honor of the “Tiny Woman, Huge Impact” award.

The “Abbott Elementary” star was nominated alongside U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and popstar Sabrina Carpenter, as the show recognized short people with big influence.

“I want to say: To every bathroom mirror that told me I couldn’t see, I can see me now!” Brunson said in her acceptance speech.

This award, presented by Jack Quaid and Dylan Efron, went to “SNL” alum Andy Samberg.

“It’s not that complicated, bro. Just do the work like I do: Rise and grind,” Samberg joked while accepting the honor. “When your wife hands you a thank you card she wrote, sign it. And broskis, you gotta wash your hands at least once a week.”
