An elderly 99-cent store worker was arrested after he allegedly spewed hate speech, harrassed and assaulted a customer inside a Brooklyn store, cops said Monday.

Allan Jones, 79, was hit with hate-crime assault, hate-crime harassment and criminal possession of a weapon at his arraignment Monday for  the Sunday afternoon confrontation with a 37-year-old customer at a 99¢ & More Town outlet on Nostrand and Foster Aves. in Flatbush, police said.

According to police sources, the victim asked Jones for help in the store around 1:35 p.m. Sunday, and Jones allegedly got into a verbal dispute.
