“Saturday Night Live” Season 51 is going to have a star-studded start.
The NBC series announced Thursday that Bad Bunny, Amy Poehler and Sabrina Carpenter will host the first three episodes of the new season.
Bad Bunny, 31, will emcee the Season 51 premiere on Oct. 4, while Doja Cat will be the musical guest.
The King of Latin Trap hosted the show for the first time in 2023, when he also served as the musical guest. He returned as the musical guest for the Season 50 finale hosted by Scarlett Johansson in May.
Poehler, 54, will return to Studio 8H to host the second episode of Season 51 on Oct. 11. She will be joined by musical guest Role Model.
The “Parks and Recreation” alum was a cast member on “SNL” from 2001 to 2008. She hosted by herself in 2010 and co-hosted with pal Tina Fey in 2015.
On Oct. 18, Carpenter, 26, will be pulling double duty as the host and musical guest.
The “Man’s Best Friend” singer has never hosted the show before, though she did appear as the musical guest for the Season 49 finale hosted by Jake Gyllenhaal in May 2024.
The “SNL” Season 51 cast lineup was announced earlier this month, with five stars leaving and five new comedians joining the series.
Bowen Yang, Kenan Thompson, Colin Jost, Michael Che, Chloe Fineman, Mikey Day, Andrew Dismukes, Sarah Sherman, James Austin Johnson, Marcello Hernandez, Ashley Padilla and Jane Wickline are all back for the new season.
Among those not returning to the show are Devon Walker, Emil Wakim, Michael Longfellow, Heidi Gardner and Ego Nwodim.
Walker, 34, was the first star to announce his exit last month. He called the show “toxic as hell,” but then clarified his departure was a mutual decision between himself and NBC.
“It was the most terrifying, thrilling and rewarding experience of my life, and I will miss it dearly and all the brilliant people that work there that made it feel like a home,” Wakim, 27, said about his exit in Aug.
“Will not be returning for a 4th season at SNL,” Longfellow, 31, added in a post of his own. “Wish I was but, so it goes. It was the best three years of my life so far.”
As for Gardner, 42, The Post confirmed her exit last month after a record-breaking eight seasons. An insider said her contract with “SNL” was not renewed.
Nwodim, 37, was the last to announce her departure. “The hardest part of a great party is knowing when to say goodnight. But after seven unforgettable seasons, I have decided to leave “SNL,” she said in a Sept. 12 Instagram post.
Meanwhile, the Season 51 newbies include “Please Don’t Destroy” comedian Ben Marshall, Tommy Brennan, Jeremy Culhane, Kam Patterson and Veronika Slowikowska.
Lorne Michaels, 80, warned a cast shakeup was coming to “SNL” before all the changes were announced.
“SNL” Season 51 premieres Oct. 4 on NBC.
