Trump makes triumphant post-election return to Washington

He’s baaaa-aaaaaack.

President-elect Donald Trump touched down at Joint Base Andrews outside Washington Wednesday morning, starting a whirlwind day of meetings with House Republicans and outgoing President Biden.

The 78-year-old was joined by Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, who Trump announced Tuesday night would co-lead a new “Department of Government Efficiency” alongside biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.
