A suspect turned himself in to police Monday for the September shooting death of a 26-year-old autistic man in a Bronx park, cops said.
Luis Alberto Lopez Castillo, 19, surrendered at the 43rd Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx. Lopez Castillo was charged with murder, manslaughter, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon for the Sept 4. shooting incident of Ronell Marte who was shot in the chest in Starlight Park near West Farms Road and E. 174th St. about 2:50 a.m., police sources and cops said.
