Charlie Sheen‘s latest ex-wife is suing him for millions of dollars in unpaid child support dating back nearly 15 years.
Brooke Mueller, who was married to the 60-year-old actor from 2008 to 2011, filed court documents alleging he hasn’t paid the $660,000 per year she says she was awarded in their divorce.
The former couple share 16-year-old twins, Bob and Max.

According to court documents filed on Thursday and obtained TMZ, Mueller estimates her ex-spouse owes her $8,967,600 for child support dating back to early 2011. She also believes she’s due another $6.4 million in interest, bringing the total to more than $15 million in overdue payments.
The actress, who worked as a special correspondent for “Extra,” asked that a hearing be set to determine how much Sheen owes her. She’s also asking for $25,000 in attorney’s fees, and wants it all paid within 30 days of a court order.
In response to the filing, a rep for Sheen told TMZ that Mueller is “not entitled to any child support.”
“Brooke has been in and out of rehab for the past 15 years, while Charlie has had 100% custody of the kids,” the rep said in a statement.
The legal filing seemingly comes out left field, considering Mueller was singing Sheen’s praises earlier this year.
“He gets it,” she told People in March while speaking about her sobriety journey. “He’s always there to help me and pick up the pieces.”
She went on to say that while her twins are “thriving,” the siblings have seen a lot over the years. Sheen, himself, has been open about his extensive history with drugs and alcohol.

The former couple, who live in the same apartment complex, reportedly had an amicable relationship at that time of the interview.
“We share custody, we co-parent without attorneys, which is great,” Mueller said. “I’m very grateful for that. The fact he gives me yet another chance shows his deep true heart underneath.”
Mueller, 48, is the third wife of Sheen, who was previously married to actress Denise Richards and model Donna Peele.
