A woman was killed crossing a Staten Island road when a Ford pickup truck struck her and two other women, police said on Friday.
Nilsa Cruz, 66, was crossing Castleton Ave. midblock when a 2019 Ford F350 pickup truck driven by a 43-year-old man struck her near Barker St. in West Brighton around 5:51 p.m., cops said.
Two other women, aged 51 and 29, crossing with Cruz were also struck, said police.
Medics rushed all three women to Richmond University Medical Center in stable condition, but Cruz died at the hospital, cops said.
The pickup truck driver remained at the scene and was not arrested.
