Daniel Curtis Lee gets room for Ned’s Declassified’s Tylor Chase

Nickelodeon alum Tylor Chase, who is reportedly homeless, has been checked into a Southern California motel room, thanks to the help of his “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” co-star Daniel Curtis Lee.

Chase, 36, sparked concern from fans and fellow former child actors alike when a TikTok over the weekend showed him living on the streets, with Riverside Police telling TMZ he’s long refused their offers for treatment or temporary shelter.

On Tuesday, 34-year-old Lee shared footage from his own efforts to get through to Chase, who got cold feet when “Mighty Ducks” star Shaun Weiss tried getting him into treatment.

Weiss, who has been open about his own struggle with addiction and homelessness, shared in an Instagram Reel Monday that he and friends found “a bed for [Chase] at a detox” as well as somewhere “for him to go and get long-term treatment,” which he hoped to do “in time for the holiday.”

Lee sought out his former co-star to take him for pizza, during which they FaceTimed with titular “Ned’s” star Devon Werkheiser. Ultimately, their day ended with Lee helping Chase get settled in to the new room, the full footage of which was published by TMZ.

“That way you know you got a place, man, in case it gets wet out here, OK? You got a bathroom in here if you need, as well,” says Lee. “And then this was the only one that was local and open, OK?”

Chase thanks him “so much” before confirming he’ll remember his key and saying he wants to check out the room.

Lee says he wants to “come back and holler at you, man, and we’ll talk more about trying to get that situation squared away, so we can do the rehab, whatever we need to. … Gimme a hug, man.”

The two embrace and say that they love one another, with Lee adding he’s “so happy to see you, man.”

“I’m so happy to see you as well,” says Chase, who played Martin Qwerly on nearly three dozen episodes of “Ned’s.”

“You the man, brother. I believe in you. And we’re gonna win, bro. All we gotta do is stay with it,” says the “Zeke and Luther” star.
