Nancy Lee Grahn wants nothing to do with Carrie Underwood.
The “General Hospital” actress, 69, spoke out about Underwood, 42, appearing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Thursday alongside her fellow “American Idol” judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan.
“See ya next week @jimmykimmel,” Grahn wrote on Threads. “I refuse to even look at @carrieunderwood.”
Kathy Griffin replied to Grahn’s post and accused Underwood, 42, of supporting President Donald Trump.
“I’ll watch ya! Yeah, no love for maga Carrie. It’s not just about political disagreements anymore,” the comedian wrote.
After Grahn’s post made headlines, Grahn clarified that her intention wasn’t to “slam” Kimmel, 58.
“Truth matters. I LOVE Jimmy Kimmel & watch him every night,” Grahn said on Threads. “I would never ‘slam’ him. I simply said I would watch him next week because I didn’t want to look at Carrie Underwood (for obvious reasons) who was his guest that night.”
“Come on guys, I’m not worth the silly clickbait,” the soap star added.
The Post has reached out to Underwood’s rep for comment.
Grahn, an outspoken liberal and Trump critic, previously accused Underwood of being “MAGA” on Threads in December.
“I thought everyone knew Carrie Underwood was MAGA. She’s American, all right, but certainly no Idol,” she wrote at the time.
Underwood performed for Trump, 79, at his second presidential inauguration in Jan. 2025.
She sang “America the Beautiful” a cappella because of a technical difficulty with the music at the US Capitol in Washington, D.C.
“I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event. I am humbled to answer the call at a time when we must all come together in the spirit of unity and looking to the future,” she said in a statement before the inauguration.
Underwood’s decision to participate in Trump’s inauguration sparked mixed reactions, including from the co-hosts on “The View.” Joy Behar questioned how Underwood could possibly love America while agreeing to perform at the event, while Whoopi Goldberg defended Underwood’s choice.
Underwood, who grew up in Oklahoma, has never publicly supported or disavowed Trump since he ran for president in 2016.
“I try to stay far out of politics if possible, at least in public, because nobody wins,” the “Before He Cheats” singer said in an interview with the Guardian in 2019.
“It’s crazy,” she added. “Everybody tries to sum everything up and put a bow on it, like it’s black and white. And it’s not like that.”
