Nicki Minaj slams Gavin Newsom: ‘Only wants to be seen’

Rap queen Nicki Minaj knocked Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom during a Wednesday panel discussion at a Trump Accounts summit in Washington, DC.

“He doesn’t want to make a change. Absolutely not,” Minaj told Trump adviser Alex Bruesewitz during a panel discussion at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium.

“Newsom only wants to be seen. He does not want to do anything credible with his time or life.”

Attendees applauded the Queens-raised artist for taking a swipe at the rumored 2028 Democratic presidential contender.

“I knew that would get them clapping,” Minaj added.
