Following her split with Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle is looking to sell the home they shared in Jupiter, Florida.

According to her inner circle, Guilfoyle is looking forward to a fresh start as US Ambassador to Greece. Meanwhile Don Jr. is reportedly living at his new girlfriend Bettina Anderson’s apartment in Palm Beach.

Guilfoyle’s $9.7 million two-story home with seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms sold for $9.7 million in 2021, but is now worth about $14 million.

Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor were legendary pals, and the King of Pop regularly gave the Queen of Hollywood jewelry to commemorate their friendship.

While attending an auction together, Taylor eyed a diamond and emerald necklace and earrings of two monkeys frolicking on gold bananas. The Oscar winner savvily told the singer that the two ruby-eyed chimps symbolized the two of them.

So, the singer promptly bought the set and gave them to Taylor who later said, “In hindsight, I must have made some sense, because these little monkeys are perfectly at home with all my other beloved jewelry.”

M.S. Rau of New Orleans is now selling the gems for $648K. Taylor wore the jewels often, including when she was with Jackson at the Carousel of Hope Ball in 2000.

Jackson famously had a chimp named Bubbles, whom he reportedly “treated like a son,” who’s 41 and currently living at the Center for Great Apes in Wauchula, Florida.

Wren T. Brown is an actor, producer and director, but he’s also an historian.

“I’m a fourth generation Angeleno,” said Brown, author of “The Family Business” (Hey Boy Press).

Brown, founder of Ebony Repertory Theater, tells how his grandfather, Lee Young, was hired in 1940 to teach Mickey Rooney how to play the drums for MGM’s “Strike Up the Band” with Judy Garland.

“When my grandfather got paid, the check was too small. My grandfather said, ‘This is not what we agreed on.’ He just went away,” Brown said.

“Next thing you know, a big black limo pulls up. The driver says, ‘Mr. [Louis B.] Mayer would like to see you.’”

The underpayment was rectified. “They went on with the picture.”

The book features a foreword by Wynton Marsalis and an afterword Leslie Odom Jr.

The first book signing will be Feb. 15 at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center in LA.

“This book is a tribute to my family’s theatrical odyssey,” Brown said, “and to those known and unknown performers who also sacrificed and paved the way for the countless artists who follow in their footsteps.

How in the world did President Trump become a Village People fan? That’s what author Mark Bego has asked himself.

In 1978, Bego was the very first journalist to interview The Village People, and in 2008 he co-wrote the book “Macho Man” with the group’s original cowboy, Randy Jones.

The all-male, costume-clad sextet, which began mainly as a gay disco novelty act, was created by producers Jacques Morali and Henri Belolo.

Bego first met Jones in 1976. Now, with “Y.M.C.A.” a No. 1 record again on “Billboard’s” Dance Chart thanks to its performance at the President’s inaugural ball, the group is making a global impact.

Unsurprisingly, Bego has been in discussion with publishers regarding an updated version of his book.

“I have been doing the ‘YMCA’ dance for over 40 years,” says Bego. “I was the first journalist to interview the original Village People in 1978. I’ve been making these dance moves long before President Trump made them world famous!”

George Hamilton, 85, is ready to spill the secrets he omitted in his bestselling memoir “Don’t Mind If I Do” in 2009.

The book will cover the last 15 years and stretch back to stories from his Hollywood career where he starred in over 130 films including “The Godfather 3.”

The sequel, titled “Don’t Mind If I Don’t,” will be written with William Stadiem who co-wrote his first biography.

Super agent Jason Weinberg, who also represents Dakota Johnson, is shepherding the tell-all through the auction process.

Hamilton said the sequel will open up with a shocking life-or-death experience that he’s kept under wraps for over a decade.
