Jack Antonoff at the 2025 Oscars has gone viral — thanks to his earnest reaction after Demi Moore lost Best Actress to Mikey Madison.

The musician, 40, looked surprised and mouthed an “O” as he turned to look at his wife, Margaret Qualley, 30, who starred in “The Substance” alongside Moore, 62.

Moore was up for Best Actress for her role as Elisabeth Sparkle in the horror sci-fi film “The Substance,” while Madison, 25, won for her role as a sex worker who gets her Cinderella story in “Anora.”

But there are no hard feelings between the stars, as Madison revealed how she felt about the “G.I. Jane” alum after the 97th Academy Awards.

“She’s one of the sweetest, kindest women I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful that I was able to meet her and witness her brilliance and talent in person,” she told The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday.

“I adore her and I can’t wait to see what she does next, what kind of characters she brings us. I think we’re all so ready and excited to see that,” Madison gushed.

Moore, meanwhile, gave the love right back to the “Scream” vet.

“I’m so overwhelmed with gratitude for this journey,” she wrote on Instagram March 3. “It’s been a ride of a lifetime and we’re just getting started! So grateful for my team, my fellow nominees, and everyone who has made this experience full of joy and light.”

“And a huge congratulations to Mikey Madison,” she added. “Can’t wait to see what you do next.”

This marked Moore’s first ever Oscar nomination in her decades-long career. Prior to the Oscars, the actress swept award season winning a Golden Globe, Critics’ Choice and a SAG award.

During her powerful Golden Globes speech, Moore recalled an exchange with a movie producer 30 years ago who called her a “popcorn actress.”

“At that time, I made that mean that this wasn’t something that I was allowed to have,” she said. “And I bought in and I believed that and that corroded me over time to the point where I thought a few years ago that maybe this was it. Maybe I was complete, maybe I’ve done what I was supposed to do.”

Revealing her most recent role came at a low point in her life, Moore reflected on how “The Substance” came to be.

“[Then] I had this magical, bold, courageous, out of the box, absolutely bonkers script come across my desk called ‘The Substance,’ and the universe told me that you’re not done.”

Leaving viewers with a courageous message, Moore relayed: “I’ll just leave you with one thing that I think this movie is imparting. In those moments, when we don’t think we’re smart enough, or pretty enough, or skinny enough, or successful enough, or basically just not enough: I had a woman say to me, ‘Just know, you will never be enough, but you can know the value of your worth if you just put down the measuring stick.’”
