It’s not over for Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.
The “Jawbreaker” actress, 53, has requested to dismiss her divorce from the “Euphoria” star, 52, without prejudice, seven years after she filed to end their union, The Post can confirm.
Gayheart’s dismissal was filed on Thursday, March 6, according to court records, and the pair seem to be on the same page.
Both Gayheart and Dane signed off on the request.
The Post reached out to their reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Gayheart filed for divorce from the “Grey’s Anatomy” alum in February 2018 after 14 years of marriage.
She shares two children with Dane: daughters Billie Beatrice Dane, 15, and Georgia Geraldine Dane, 13.
At the time she filed, the “Urban Legend” star cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split. She requested spousal support and joint legal and physical custody of their girls.
“After 14 years together we have decided that ending our marriage is the best decision for our family,” Dane said in a statement at the time.
“We will continue our friendship and work as a team to co-parent our two beautiful girls as they are the most important thing in the world to us. We kindly ask that you respect our privacy during this time as we navigate the next phase of our lives.”
The pair tied the knot in October 2004 in Las Vegas.
Months before Gayheart’s divorce filing, Dane sought treatment for depression after already entering rehab for his addiction to painkillers in 2011.
By June 2017, they put on a united front at the 16th annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, marking their family’s first public appearance since he entered treatment.
Dane later addressed his mental health.
“I took some time off — I was dealing with some depression, which was kind of odd to me,” he shared during an interview with the “Today” show in July 2017. “I felt very conflicted about it because I didn’t really feel like I had anything to be depressed about.”
“Now I take a medication called Pristiq, which I thought just sounded like a good mood,” Dane added. “And the depression is gone.”
The couple also went through a steamy sex tape scandal in 2009, showing them having a threesome in a bathtub.
Despite the divorce filing, Gayheart and Dane have remained tight. They were often seen doing mundane marital tasks like shopping at Target and co-parenting their two children.
“There’s a new normal for me and my family … it’s taken us a little bit to get that down,” Gayheart told People in 2019. “We are friends and we are doing our best to co-parent and maintain a family.”
The family also went to Europe together in 2022. Gayheart and Dane just celebrated their oldest daughter’s birthday on March 3, with the “The Last Ship” actor sharing how important his girls are to him in 2020.
“I never had a family, and now I do,” Eric told People. “I know I’m a very lucky guy.”
