“Finally, I answer, I’m like, ‘I’m in the bath. Let me live a little.’ He goes, ‘I just want to make sure you’re going to be in our group family mausoleum,’ ” Teddi explained.

The reality star said she asked her dad if there would also be space in the mausoleum in Indiana for her three children, Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5, whom she shares with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave.

“He’s like, ‘Well, there’s going to be the top five and then we’re gonna have little areas around it, and then that’s where everyone’s going to get buried,’ ” Teddi shared.

After Teddi asked John if she needed to make that decision now, she said the “Hurts So Good” singer told her, “You’re doing your will right now, so you may as well put it in there.”

Teddi confirmed to co-host Tamra Judge that she agreed to John’s request and said she would have to travel to Indiana to visit her grave. Teddi also joked that she’d have “hot girls never die” engraved on her tombstone.

Teddi first shared in February that multiple tumors were discovered in her brain. She had surgery and four large tumors were removed.

The following month, Teddi revealed that doctors found more tumors in her brain and lungs.

“I am going to always fight to be my best and find ways to smile and enjoy life,” she sad in an Instagram post. “Thank you for coming along this journey with me. I am in no place for negativity or discouragement.”

In an interview with US Weekly last week, Teddi said that she is “fighting for my life.”

“This is definitely the hardest thing [I’ve faced in my life], but now it feels less hard,” she explained. “When I was in the ICU, it was incredibly difficult because I had no memory. One day, I realized it was my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be there for it; it was really sad. It’s still sad when I can’t be there for my kids the way I’d normally be.”

Teddi also revealed that her estranged husband was the one who told her dad about her health condition.

“I was not expecting my entire family to be out here within 24 hours, but by the time I was out of surgery, everybody was there. My dad hates L.A., so the fact that he was out here for 18 days — wow,” she said. “That says a lot.”

Teddi added of John, “He calls every day to check on me. Some days, I’m not in the mood, I don’t want a pep talk. [I tell him], ‘I’ll talk to you tomorrow, I’ll be more pep talk-ready, but I love you.’”
