It feels like we’ve been waiting “A Milli” years for this.

Lil Wayne just announced he’ll headline New York City’s Madison Square Garden for the first time in his illustrious career.

The show, which goes down Friday, June 6, is in support of Weezy’s forthcoming “Tha Carter VI” album, also due out 6/6.

“June 6 We C6 The Carter Six June 6 We C6 Ain’t a problem I can’t 6 June 6,” the Hip-Hop icon shared on Instagram.

At the show, fans will likely be treated to tracks from the sixth “Tha Carter” installment which allegedly “features Miley Cyrus, MGK, Andrea Bocelli, Wayne’s son Kameron, Bono and more,” according to Billboard. As of now, no singles have been released.

This tracks; when “Tha Carter V” hit shelves in September 2018, Lil Wayne didn’t make any music available before the chart-topping record dropped.

In addition to this one-off MSG gig, Lil Wayne also has a number of headlining dates and a festival appearance lined up these next few months.

Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Lil Wayne shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the Madison Square Garden concert is Friday, April 25.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

Lil Wayne new music

Although no single for the album has been unveiled yet, the legendary rapper dropped three singles this year.

There’s the hypnotic “Pop It Off” with Tyga (you have to wait until the 1:50 mark to hear Wayne), anthemic “Tweaker” alongside GELO (once again, Weezy drops in around two minutes in) and the smooth “This Is Why” where he features for Tucker Nichol.
