Times Square food cart vendor shot in arm during argument, trio in custody

A Times Square food vendor was shot in the arm early Wednesday during an argument with three people, police said.

The trio got into a quarrel with the 29-year-old vendor stationed at Seventh Ave. and W. 47th St. around 4:50 a.m., a police source said.

They walked away from the squabble but one man turned back and opened fire on the vendor multiple times, the source said.

The vendor was blasted in the right arm, cops said. Medics rushed him conscious and alert to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

The trio was taken into custody in a nearby subway station, a police source said. No charges were immediately filed.
