Rapper Future blasted for debuting new haircut at Met Gala

Hair haters want to pass on Future’s fresh cut.

The Grammy-winning rapper, 41, best known for rocking a head full of long, luscious locks, raised eyebrows on fashion’s biggest night for debuting a spiky orange chop before touching down at the 2025 Met Gala

Fans first caught a glimpse of Future’s ill-received slay outside the famed Mark Hotel, clutching a Louis Vuitton bag.

By the time he arrived at the Met, keyboard critics were already nitpicking his new controversial tresses.

“Miss Frizzle,” teased an X troll in a tweet, likening the “Mask Off” lyricist to the whimsically wacky teacher from 1990s kiddie cartoon, “The Magic School Bus.”

“Future [looks] like a crackhead off the street WTF,” sneered another.

“Why is the future at the Met Gala looking like a mad scientist?” a separate fault finder joked.

“Future who?” another jabbed. “This looks like the Past.”

The internet’s ire notwithstanding, the Met Gala is where fashion daredevils are meant to showcase their most avant-garde looks.

For this year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” A-listers slayed dandy-inspired designs — some overly ornate, others subtle but suitable slays.

Voguish VIPs such as Colman Domingo, Anne Hathaway, and others curated their fab fits to pay homage to the late fashion giant André Leon Talley.
