Rihanna closed out the 2025 Met Gala red carpet by officially revealing her pregnancy, after her partner A$AP Rocky confirmed they are expecting their third child.
Riri showed off her growing bump in a black pinstripe suit, accessorized with a large black hat and a long ponytail.
And as for how she’s feeling about the big news and her next chapter?
“I’m good, shockingly feeling okay and not too overwhelmed at the moment,” she told ET on the carpet. “At first, I was kind of like — tired but I’m excited.”
The Grammy winner also promised fans her growing family won’t necessarily delay her highly anticipated release of new music. “Maybe a couple videos,” she noted, “but I can sing.”
A$AP, who was a co-chair for the illustrious night, admitted they were “tired” of keeping it secret.
“It feels amazing, you know?” Rocky told AP. “We were tired of holding that, and it was time to show the people what we was cooking up. I’m glad everybody’s happy for us, because we’re definitely happy.”
She and Rocky, who have been together since 2020, are already parents to sons RZA Athelston Mayers and Riot Rose Mayers.
Before arriving to fashion’s biggest night, the 37-year-old singer was spotted with her bump on full display while walking into the Carlyle Hotel in NYC.
The superstar’s photographer Miles Diggs posted a photo of the moment paired with the caption, “Chance of Showers.”
This isn’t the first time the Fenty Beauty founder revealed her pregnancy in a major way. In 2022, the “Diamonds” hitmaker announced her first pregnancy to the world with a photoshoot where she and Rocky were out walking together in Harlem. In 2023, the singer confirmed her second pregnancy while performing at the Super Bowl halftime show.
