Meghan Markle celebrates Mother’s Day 2025 with photo of Archie, Lilibet

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle caught a stray on “Saturday Night Live” during Mother’s Day weekend.

Colin Jost roasted the couple during his “Weekend Update” sketch with Michael Che.

“President Trump also announced a new trade deal with the UK that will reopen British markets for American companies,” said Jost, 42.

“All that Britain demands in return is that we keep these two,” the comedian added as a photo of the Sussexes flashed on the screen.

The next day, Meghan, 43, posted a sweet photo of her hugging her son Archie, 6, and daughter Lilibet, 3, on Mother’s Day.

“Happy Mother’s Day! Cheers to juggling it all with joy!” she wrote. “And to these two gems – who still attempt to climb ‘mama mountain’, smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure….being your mom is the greatest privilege of my life ❤️.”

“I, too, ‘love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world,’” Meghan added.

The night before “SNL,” Harry, 40, and Meghan, 43, enjoyed a date night at Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

Meghan shared an Instagram post from the concert that included a photo of the two smiling and a video of Harry kissing his wife on the cheek.

The “Suits” actress recently gushed over her husband on “The Jamie Kern Lima Show.”

“I always think about it like the end of Super Mario Bros. When you get to the final, final level and they go, ‘Slay the dragon, save the princess.’ I’m like, that’s my husband,” said Meghan.

“There’s something that is not to be taken for granted when you have a partner and a spouse who is just so behind you,” Meghan also explained on the podcast. “I mean, H, that man loves me so much. And you know, look what we built. We’ve built a beautiful life, and we have two healthy, beautiful children.”

Meghan and Harry tied the knot in 2018 before relocating to Montecito, California in 202 after they stepped away from their royal duties.

The Duke of Sussex recently lost his appeal for taxpayer-funded UK security for him and his family — a decision that he said “devastated” him.

Harry told the BBC that he will likely never bring his wife and children to the UK again. Meghan hasn’t been in England since Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in Sept. 2022.

“I love my country. I always have done. Despite what some people in that country have done,” he said. “I miss the UK, I miss parts of the UK, of course I do.”

Harry added: “I think that it’s really quite sad that I won’t be able to show my children my homeland.”
