Celeb tributes pour in for Stevie Wonder’s 75th birthday

Stevie Wonder turned 75 on Tuesday and stars from the worlds of music and movies paid their respects to the Motown great.

Roots drummer Questlove posted a carousel of images on Instagram, featuring Wonder every 10 years from 1965 to this year.

Questlove in September participated in an Audible podcast called “The Wonder of Stevie,” in which he compared trying to pick a favorite Wonder song with trying to recall the best breath he ever took.

“His music is tied to memories of our life,” Questlove said.

“Star Wars” star Mark Hamill wished Wonder a happy birthday in a BlueSky post where he recalled seeing the “Master Blaster” singer perform decades ago in a country far, far away.

“When I was in high school in Japan, I saw ‘THE MOTOWN REVUE’ on base w/ The 4 Tops, Martha & the Vandellas & ‘Little’ Stevie Wonder,” Hamill wrote. “To this day, one of greatest live shows I’ve ever seen & w/ the military supplementing the cost, easily the best $1.50 I’ve ever spent.”

Deana Martin has seen and spent time with her share of singing stars, including her late dad Dean Martin.

“Happy 75th birthday to Stevie Wonder!” she captioned a photo of herself alongside Wonder at a 2016 event.

New Yorkers wanting to see Wonder will have their chance on Oct. 10 when he plays Madison Square Garden as part of his Sing Your Song! Tour.
