Another rainy weekend didn’t quell the the spirits at the star-packed wedding of the year as former Hilary Clinton aide Huma Abedin wed Alex Soros.
The reception was held at the grand estate of groom’s father, George Soros, near Old Town at the edge of Water Mill. The guest list was power packed, including the Obamas, Anna Wintour, Kamala Harris and husband, Doug Emhoff, Senator Chuck
Schumer and Nicky Hilton Rothschild, all escorted by valets.

The celebration was undisturbed and only caused traffic in the hamlets, most noticeably a larger-than-usual number of stretch limousines with security on 27 East.
What did cause some alarm was the “Shut Down Billionaires Lane” March that started at Coopers Beach and headed down Meadow Lane and Gin Lane in
Southampton. Rain dampened the turnout, however and only 80 or so turned out.
