A manhunt was underway in New Jersey on Friday for a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that left one person dead.

The victim was then rushed to Inspira Medical Center in Vineland where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Bennett has been charged with first-degree murder, second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes in the shooting, the prosecutor’s office said.
