An accused subway foot kisser is now — footloose.
A man who was busted for trying to kiss a woman’s feet, while also exposing himself and performing a lewd sex act in front of her at a Manhattan subway station, was released from custody Wednesday, a day after he was nabbed by cops.
Dexter Betancourt, 37, of the Upper East Side, who was charged with public lewdness and exposure of a person for the June 18 incident, was granted supervised release after his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court, according to the Manhattan district attorney. The charges for the incident were deemed not bail eligible.
Betancourt was busted Tuesday for the 1 a.m. incident, in which he and the 30-year-old victim both exited an eastbound L train at the 14th St.-Sixth Ave. station in Greenwich Village, with the suspect trying to talk to her as she waited for another train.
“You have nice toes,” he told the woman, according to the criminal complaint.
The suspect then bent forward toward her feet, then exposed his genitals.
“Look how hard you’re making me,” Betancourt told the victim, according to the complaint.
He then got on an L train heading in the opposite direction.
There were no physical injuries in the incident.
The NYPD released a photo of Betancourt last Friday evening as they searched for him, showing him dressed in a red Nike hoodie on a subway platform.
Betancourt was arrested Tuesday. Detectives walked him out of the NYPD 84th Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn that afternoon — during which he was seen sporting a large black eye.
Detectives tracked Betancourt to Brooklyn, where the NYPD Warrant Squad took him to the Brooklyn Special Victims Unit at the 84th Precinct for questioning, according to amNY.
Betancourt has 10 prior arrests, including for strangulation, petit larceny, assault on a police officer and forcible touching.
His most recent bust occurred this Jan. 25, when he was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
