A motorcycle collision Saturday killed one man near a Bronx expressway, authorities said.
Nathaniel Martinez, 31, was cruising on his blue Kawasaki motorcycle, heading west on Pelham Parkway around 5:01 p.m. near the Bruckner Expressway in Pelham Gardens when a 41-year-old woman — driving a 2023 red Chevrolet Equinox in the opposite direction — tried to make left turn onto the Interstate 95 South entrance ramp and crashed into him, cops said.
The Equinox driver stayed at the scene, and both she and Martinez were transported by EMS to Jacob Medical Center, where Martinez died from severe internal injuries. The woman was in stable condition, police said.
There has been no arrest in the incident. The NYPD Highway District collision squad is investigating.
