Kanye West’s former assistant has accused the disgraced rapper of sexual assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment and oral rape in an amended lawsuit.
In legal documents obtained by The Post, Lauren Pisciotta — who was West’s personal assistant from 2021 through 2022 — claimed that most of the alleged crimes took place on a business trip to San Francisco during her tenure.
Pisciotta, an influencer and former OnlyFans model, said she turned down alleged advances from the 24-time Grammy winner.
In her amended suit, the 36-year-old claimed that West — who shares four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian — kissed her on the mouth and later masturbated while “forcibly touching” her during a writing session in his hotel room.
She further alleged that the “Jesus Walks” rapper forced himself into her hotel room, asking to use her shower, before orally raping her. She claims he pinned her down, leaving her “froze[n] in shock and fear.”
Elsewhere, she added that the “Runaway” hitmaker “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men” — claiming she was no exception.
Pisciotta alleged that West, who has been married to Yeezy architect Bianca Censori since 2022, locked her in his bedroom while masturbating during a flight.
The docs additionally alleged that West “subjected her to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight-fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch [him] perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused.”
After she was let go from her job, Pisciotta claimed that West allegedly moved into an apartment unit in her building, leaving her “in fear for her safety,” per court docs.
Pisciotta, who now resides in Florida, also claimed the rapper “forcibly grabbed [her] by the throat” and licked her ear.
The Post has reached out to West’s reps for comment.
Pisciotta filed her initial lawsuit against the rapper in June 2024, claiming that West sexually harassed and wrongfully terminated her.
In response, the “Stronger” rapper’s lawyers called the claims “baseless” at the time.
West’s attorneys alleged Pisciotta pursued her employer to “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits” — calling her lawsuit “frivolous.”
In October, Pisciotta amended her lawsuit and accused West of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
