Lady Gaga is headed to the Land of La La.
On Monday, July 28, the “A Star Is Born” star will begin her four-show ‘Mayhem Ball Tour’ residency at Inglewood, CA’s Kia Forum.
The short stint comes after the 14-time Grammy winner’s first round of concerts in Las Vegas and San Francisco.
Based on our findings at Set List FM, “Mother” has performed 25+ songs at each gig thus far mixing hits and tracks from the recently-released “Mayhem” into her ambitious four-act show.
However, as an added bonus, she’s added surprise, rarely-performed encore deep cuts like “Sexxx Dreams” (first time since 2017), “G.U.Y.” (first time since 2014) and “Donatella” (first time since 2014).
Plus, the spectacle surrounding her is a sight to behold.
“Along with visuals that evoked Alice in Wonderland if she tumbled down a rabbit hole into the arms of David Bowie and Marilyn Manson, the concert confirmed that Lady Gaga is the ultimate performer,” USA Today glowed in a review of her live show. “…Gaga, her team of 20-plus dancers and a robust band galloped through songs and sets to rival any Broadway musical.”

Lady Gaga new music
On March 7, Lady Gaga dropped her seventh studio album “Mayhem.”
The energetic, maximalist dance pop record — which many rightly call a return to form — rarely takes a moment to breathe (save for the final two tracks, which veer into singalong ballad territory). Over its 53-minute runtime, Gaga goes hard providing her signature powerful vocals over shimmery synths, thumping percussion and the occasional epic guitar riff. And, yes, it’s an absolute blast that we went gaga over.
Standouts here include the anthemic, electro “Disease,” disco jam “Abracadabra,” creepy, hypnotic bop “Killah,” glittery foot-stomper “Zombieboy” and retro, New Wave-esque “Don’t Call Tonight.”
Still, our top track has to be the lead single, Gaga’s throwback “Die With A Smile” duet with Bruno Mars. Sweeping yet intimate and thrillingly romantic, the heartfelt tune pairs perfectly as an upbeat counterpart to her similarlly swooning “Shallow.” It’s essential and we’d bet will likely become a staple at Gaga tours for the next few decades.
If you’d like to fire up the record right now and find your own favorite tune or two, “Mayhem” can be found here.
