Jamie Lee Curtis’ “Freakier Friday” promos are anything but a bust as the Oscar winner “loves” that fans are applauding the way her costume highlights her cleavage.
The 66-year-old “Perfect” star on Wednesday shared a snap of herself doing the peace sign while flaunting what she’s got in an off-the-shoulder costume from the body-swapping sequel.
“I LOVE the fact that the LAST photograph of me as TESS taken backstage in costume from my surprise appearance at @elcapitanthtre to support #freakierfriday has gotten more attention than any other since the announcement post with @lindsaylohan that sparked the movie getting made,” wrote Curtis. “HAPPY TO HELP SPREAD THE JOY THAT OUR MOVIE SERVES!”
Curtis’ photo came on the heels of Disney sharing a video on TikTok of her donning the same get-up, while singing the film’s praises.
Many of the top comments — both written and memed — are nodding to Curtis’ chest.
“Oh hey jam— woah hey Jamie,” wrote one commenter.
“The way we r all just ‘woah,’” wrote one.
“I didn’t know Activia did allat,” another observed, nodding to Curtis’ long-running gig as spokeswoman for the probiotic yogurt.
“Jamie said we selling tickets one way or another,” quipped one fan.
Even before the TikTok performance, “Freakier Friday” was doing well with critics and audiences alike.
The follow-up to Disney’s 2003 box office success “Freaky Friday” currently holds a 74% certified fresh rating and 93% verified hot rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.
“Freakier Friday” has earned nearly $88 million at the global box office since its Aug. 6 release, compared to the nearly $161 million-run of its predecessor.
