‘A–hole’ Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs ‘demanded’ closed set on ‘SNL’

“Saturday Night Live” alum Ana Gasteyer has a story to share about Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The comedian, 57, appeared on Wednesday’s episode of the “Las Culturistas” podcast, hosted by Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, and claimed that the disgraced rapper, 55, “shut down the whole building” when he was the musical guest on “SNL” in May 1998.

“You can tell like the five a–holes in the six years that I was there when they would be like, ‘So and so is in the building, everybody stay in your dressing rooms.’ Which is applicable if you’re a presidential candidate,” Gasteyer said. “But apart from that, really, it’s my house.”

“For P. Diddy, he demanded a totally closed set,” she added.

Gasteyer, who was a cast member on the sketch comedy series from 1996 to 2002, recalled how Combs sang “Come With Me” with Zepplin guitarist Jimmy Page on the show.

She said that the Thursday before the show, fellow cast member Will Ferrell decided to dress as a character named Ron and crash Combs’ rehearsal.

“He went on down the stairs, and he marched right in,” the “Mean Girls” star shared. “And I have the video from the control room where Sean Combs is rapping with like, ‘Da-na-na, da-na-na, da-na-na, da-na-na’ behind him. And Ron’s walking around, looking really disoriented.”

Gasteyer called Ferrell, 57, interrupting Combs’ rehearsal “the greatest thing that’s ever happened” and said the music executive “deserved” it.

“He did not roll with it,” Gasteyer recalled about Combs. He was very uncomfortable. but it was also just like, the artifice of all that faux importance.”

“Like what’s gonna happen?” she went on. “You’re gonna walk into the studio and you’re gonna be like, ‘I’m in the studio. I work here.””

The Post has reached out to reps for Combs and “SNL” for comment.

Ferrell previously told the same story about showing up at Combs’ rehearsal unannounced.

“Someone said, ‘Ron should go up onstage,’” the “Barbie” star told Vulture in 2020, “and before everyone turned to see, I had sprinted out the door.”

In September, Combs was arrested at a New York City hotel and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is also facing numerous lawsuits alleging sexual assault and rape

The famous music producer has pleaded not guilty on all counts and denied the allegations. He remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

On Oct. 5, “SNL” made fun of Combs’ scandal during the “Weekend Update” segment.

“It was announced that Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs’ sex trafficking case has been assigned to a new judge. One that Diddy hopes is cool with rapes,” Michael Che joked.
