A man is fighting for his life after being shot multiple times in the Bronx Monday evening



A man attacked by a gunman Monday night in the Bronx is in critical condition and fighting for his life, cops said.

The gunshot victim, who was not identified and is believed to be in his 30s, was blasted twice in the left torso around 8:17 p.m. near Bryant and Lafayette Avenues. in Hunts Point, cops said. The shooting occurred near the Bronx Academy for Multi-Media.

The victim was transported by EMS to Lincoln Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said.

According to cops, the shooter was dressed in black, and took off on a moped. He remained on the loose late Monday.
