Angelina Jolie reportedly did not attend her brother James Haven’s wedding.
Sources confirmed to Just Jared on Wednesday that Haven, 51, got married to Romi Marie Imbelli on August 12, 2024.
Insiders said the couple had an intimate ceremony in Laguna Beach, California, with “close family,” including Haven’s father, Jon Voight, 86.
Jolie, 49, did not attend her sibling’s wedding, the sources claimed.
The Post has reached out to Jolie’s rep for comment.
Haven’s wife used to go by Romi Klinger. She was on the Showtime reality series “The Real L Word” about a group of lesbians. The show aired from 2010 to 2012.
Romi, who is now a personal coach, confirmed her wedding to Haven via Instagram on Tuesday. She shared a snapshot of the couple embracing at the ceremony.
“In 2024, I married my best friend of 23 years,” Romi began her caption. “The details of our story are too personal and complicated to share now, but I am writing it all in my book. Our wedding day was intimate, just us and our parents while exchanging vows, with plans to have a larger celebration later.”
“Unfortunately, we had a big fight the next day,” she added. “After 5 months of much crying, healing, and reflection, we decided to work through our issues and are now planning a special day with my daughter. I feel liberated and ready to return to my husband and our home in LA. Everything that has happened in the last few months was all part of a greater plan, and I trust in God’s timing.”
Romi also remembered her late father and said she believes “he is watching over us from heaven and smiling down on us.”
“Jamie proposed to me at my dad’s grave,” she wrote. “There is no guarantee of tomorrow, so give your all today. ✌🏾.”
Romi shared another Instagram on Wednesday with a clip of the couple exchanging their vows at their wedding.
Romi was previously married to musician Dusty Ray and chef Charles Imbelli, with whom she has a daughter who was born in 2016.
This is Haven’s first marriage.
Haven is the son of actors Voight and Marcheline Bertrand, and he’s two years older than Jolie. Bertrand died in 2007 at age 56.
Haven is also an actor, having appeared in Jolie’s movie “Gia,” the 2001 movie “Monster’s Ball,” starring his sister’s then-husband, Billy Bob Thornton, and a 2004 episode of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” but his last role was the short “Easy Silence” in 2013.
Haven has stayed out of the spotlight in recent years — though he did make rare comments about his famous sister in January 2024 on the “90who10” podcast.
He said he’s “protective” of Jolie and her six kids, who she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
“That’s where it all started. It started with the protection of her and then of her children, my nieces and nephews,” Haven said, referring to a new phase of his relationship with his sister.
Haven also said that Jolie’s kids — Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 16 — are in “massively formative years.”
“They’re becoming young adults in their early 20s,” he explained. “That’s so crazy thinking that but yeah, I think it’s just very natural [to feel protective] and I just want to be there. Very much like my mom. I want to be there for them – or for [Angelina] – whatever she’s going though.”
