R.I.P. to the McCallister family.
Ariana Grande spoofed a scene from “Home Alone,” but with a gruesome and bloody ending, when she hosted the final “Saturday Night Live” episode of the year over the weekend.
During the sketch, Grande, 32, transforms into Macaulay Culkin’s beloved 8-year-old character from the 1990 film, complete with short blonde hair and Christmas pajamas.
Grande’s Kevin wakes up in bed to his mom (played by Ashley Padilla) and the rest of the family rushing into the house after they left Kevin behind on their Christmas vacation.
But in a twist, the McCallisters are all horrifically killed by Kevin’s booby traps that are still active in the house after his encounter with the Wet Bandits.
First, Kevin’s dad (played by Mikey Day) opens the closet and gets his head set on fire by a blowtorch.
Then, Kevin’s brother (played by Jeremy Culhane) falls backwards on toy cars and hits his head onto the sharp corner of the family’s grand piano.
Kevin’s sister (played by Sarah Sherman) picks up a fire extinguisher to use on her father, but as Kevin points out too late, he filled the fire extinguisher with kerosene.
Another one of Kevin’s brothers (played by Tommy Brennan) runs to the kitchen to get water, but he ends up activating a poison dart gun that fires right at his face.
“I’m gonna be sick,” Sherman’s character says, as she slips on marbles and falls through the laundry shoot into the furnace downstairs, burning alive.
Kevin’s brother Buzz (played by Colin Jost) picks up the phone to call 911, which releases a chainsaw that cuts off both of his brother Fuller’s (played by Bowen Yang) arms.
A full can of paint swings towards Buzz, who celebrates as he evades the object. But the can hits a switch on the wall that drops a running metal fan right on Buzz’s head.
Then, the McCallister’s elderly neighbor (played by Andrew Dismukes) walks into the house and announces that he’s reconciled with his son — only to get killed by the chainsaw.
Kevin and his mother are left alone in the house with their family member’s blood all over their faces.
But Kevin’s mom comes to, as it’s revealed that the entire crisis was just her imagination.
“Sorry, I’ve just been awake for a very long time,” she tells Kevin.
After the pair wish each other a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, the neighbor suddenly appears and smacks both of them with the shovel.
“I’ve killed again,” the neighbor says to himself, before running out of the house.
Grande’s “SNL” episode also marked Yang’s final episode as a cast member after 7 seasons.
Cher served as the musical guest, performing “DJ Play a Christmas Song” and “Run Rudolph Run.”
“SNL” will return Jan. 17 with “Stranger Things” star Finn Wolfhard as the host and A$AP Rocky as the musical guest.
