Bronx suspect threatened to sell videos of girl, 13, before committing lewd act: prosecutors

A man who forced a 13-year-old girl into a Bronx park and performed a lewd act in front of her threatened to sell pictures and videos of her and her friends if she didn’t follows his orders, according to a shocking court document.

“I normally sell these but I won’t because you haven’t done anything to me,” Oneil Kenney 45, told his victim, according to a criminal complaint filed when he was arraigned on public lewdness and child endangerment charges. “Come with me or I will sell these photos and videos.”

The victim agreed to go with him, with the suspect taking her into a wooded area inside Seton Falls Park near E. 233rd St. and Wilder Ave. in Edenwald. He had her remove her shirt and bra while he masturbated, the complaint says.

Kennedy was arrested about 7:30 p.m. Thursday, less than 12 hours after police said he approached the teen as she was headed to Baychester Middle School that morning.

The creep ran from the woods afterwards, police said, but the teen gave police a detailed suspect description that lead to the arrest.

Kennedy was released with no bail after being arraigned in Bronx Criminal Court, as the crimes he is charged with are not bail eligible.
