Cardi B falls off chair in concert, keeps singing, jokes about spat with Trump admin

Cardi B didn’t miss a beat — or a jab — during her “Little Miss Drama” tour Las Vegas show Friday night when the chair she was dancing in slipped out from under her, sending her spilling onto the floor.

The star kept singing as she lay flat on her back as she had landed, dancing with her hips. Two backup dancers appeared next to her, improvising moves as they checked in to make sure she was OK while they wrapped up her “Thotiana” remix.

That was the government!” she joked, pointing to the chair after getting back up. “That was the government!”

Cardi B, whose given name is Belcalis Almánzar, was no doubt referring to her shade-driven exchange with the Homeland Security Administration a few days earlier regarding her takedown of ICE during her opening show in Palm Desert, Calif.

“If ICE come in here, we’re gonna jump they a–es,” she said that night, addressing her audience from a platform suspended above the crowd. “I got some bear mace in the back. They ain’t taking my fans, b—h. Let’s go!”

In response, Homeland Security dragged Cardi’s stripper past out of mothballs, alluding to her 2019 admission that she had resorted to drugging and robbing clients for a time.

“As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior,” tweeted the government agency behnd the controverial ICE immigration crackdowns in Minneapolis and other Democratic-run cities.

Cardi B clapped right back.

“If we talking about drugs, let’s talk about Epstein and friends drugging underage girls to rape them,” she tweeted in response. “Why y’all don’t wanna talk about the Epstein files?”

After the clip of Friday’s fall went viral with millions of hits, Cardi B got in on the joke, posting a copy on her own site, joking, “Can someone put a community note on this? This video is clearly AI.”
