Chloë Grace Moretz marries model Kate Harrison

Chloë Grace Moretz and Kate Harrison have tied the knot just one year after the actress came out as gay.

The “Kick-Ass” star, 28, and the J. Crew model, 34, married during an intimate ceremony over Labor Day weekend, per Vogue.

“A big part of the wedding [is about] sharing things that Kate and I love with everyone that’s going to be there,” Moretz told the outlet shortly before the wedding.

“So there’s fishing, horseback riding and poker,” she continued. “Kate made a custom poker mat herself, so we’re going to kind of be leaning into it. Our second day is going to be line dancing and everything.”

Moretz and Harrison both wore wedding dresses and afterparty outfits designed by Louis Vuitton, according to Vogue.

While the “Carrie” actress donned a light blue wedding dress and veil paired with matching gloves, she sported an “ice cream” white custom jacket, trousers and cowboy hat for the afterparty.

“It just feels like me,” Moretz told the magazine. “I never really envisioned a wedding dress in my mind growing up, so when we started talking about what that would look like, I knew I would do something non-traditional, and not wear white, and kind of have it feel different, and I think it really does.”

As for Harrison, she chose a traditional white wedding dress for her and Moretz’s big day. The Topshop model, meanwhile, opted for a bodice and trousers for the pair’s reception.

“The thing I’m the most excited for – other than being married – is that first look moment,” Harrison shared ahead of the wedding. “Having no idea of what we look like in our dresses, it’s going to be so special. This dress just kind of makes you feel ready. This design is perfect. I’m ready!”

“We’ve been together for almost seven years and making this promise to each other in a new way, and exchanging these vows,” Moretz added. “I think it’s important to just stay every day choosing each other.”

The Post has reached out to Moretz’s reps for comment.

The “Tom & Jerry” star and Harrison were first romantically linked in 2018 when they were spotted kissing after a dinner date at Nobu Malibu in California.

Moretz and her now-wife then sparked engagement rumors when they were both spotted with rings on their left hands during a romantic trip to Disneyland in April 2024.

The pair appeared to confirm their engagement on January 1, 2025, when the “Equalizer” actress shared a slew of photos on Instagram to celebrate New Year’s Day.

One of the sweet snaps showed Moretz and Harrison holding hands at the beach with radiant diamond rings on both of their left ring fingers.

However, the newlyweds have largely kept their relationship hush.

Moretz, who previously dated Brooklyn Beckham on and off from 2014 to 2018, confirmed she was seeing someone new in 2022 but didn’t reveal who it was at the time.

“I like to keep my private life private,” the “If I Stay” star told iNews three years ago. “I’m in a long-term relationship. And I really enjoy that.”

Moretz, meanwhile, only came out and confirmed her sexuality late last year while endorsing Kamala Harris for president.

“I believe in the need for legal protections that protect the LGBTQ+ community as a gay woman,” the “Neighbors 2” actress said while explaining her endorsement. “We need protections in this country and to have access to the care we need and deserve.”
