Cops are looking for a thief who robbed and held a man at gunpoint inside his Brooklyn home in April



A Brooklyn man was held at gunpoint inside his home as a brazen thief swiped $100,000, police said Wednesday.

The 40-year-old victim was confronted by the gun-toting burglar after he snuck into the Bay Ridge home on April 9 around 7 p.m. near Seventh Ave. and Bay Ridge Ave. The thief — dressed in a black hoodie and black pants — held a gun to the victim’s face before stealing $100,000 from the victim’s bedroom and then fled on foot, heading south on Seventh Ave., cops said.

No injuries were reported, cops said, adding it remains unclear how the thief got into the home.
