The creep was caught on surveillance footage yanking the menorah off a car parked in front of Tomchei Shabbos, a charity organization that distributes food to the needy, on Metropolitan Ave. near 129th St. in Kew Gardens, around 3:12 p.m., cops said.
The act caused unspecified damage to the holiday candelabra, police said.
The suspect is wanted on a charge of criminal mischief as a hate crime, and the vandalism is being investigated by the NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force.
