The temptation to analyze why you’re feeling what you’re feeling may be strong. However, it’s a better idea to try and turn off your brain to an extent, allowing the feelings to flow through you like water. The less that your emotions are allowed to stick around taking up space in your subconscious, and the more that you express yourself without judgment, the more that you should see healing take place. Staying in your head is only going to keep you tied to that hurt.

A lack of organization can set you back. Procrastinating on rest isn’t wise — it’ll catch up to you sooner or later. If you don’t make time to recharge, your body will force you to do so. That could look like a simple headache or a massive, multi-day migraine! Everything requires a careful balance, and the way that you spend your energy is no different. Try to find a daily sorting method that works for you and let it guide you to the finish line.
