Eminem’s daughter Alaina Scott is expecting her first child with husband Matt Moeller, making the rapper a grandpa for the second time in as many years.
“For months, I’ve carried a tiny heartbeat inside me, one that has already changed mine in every possible way,” the 32-year-old wrote alongside an Instagram photo of her and Moeller standing in a field displaying a “Baby Moeller” onesie. “There’s something indescribable about knowing there’s a little life growing, dreaming, and becoming, all while you go about your day, whispering prayers and hopes only they can hear.”
Other photos showed Scott leading a blindfolded Moeller through the barely-there walls of the house they’re building to a room adorned with golden balloon letters proclaiming “Baby M,” where she presented him with a box containing baby sneakers and a positive pregnancy test.
The couple married in June 2023, and Eminem walked her down the 80-foot aisle lined with 2,000 white roses for the flapper-era glam ceremony.
“Sooo happy for you guys,” wrote sister and maid of honor Hailie Jade Scott, the first commenter on the baby post. “Can’t wait to be this little one’s auntie, and Elliot is so excited to meet his cousin.”
Hailie Jade Scott, 29, married college sweetheart Evan McClintock in May 2024 and gave birth to son Elliot Marshall McClintock on March 14 of this year. His middle name matches that of his famous grandpa, whose given name is Marshall Mathers.
The sisters are two of the three children Mathers shares with ex-wife Kimberly Scott.
“I’ve never felt more grateful for this gift and to grow our family, something we’ve wanted for so long,” Alaina Scott concluded in her post. “Thank you God for this blessing.”
