Jill Biden had her daughter and daughters-in-law in tow en route to an early-morning 60-minute Forme Barre exercise class, looking to preemptively burn some holiday calories as they kick off their annual Turkey Day pilgrimage to Nantucket.
The former first lady, wearing shades and decked out in a purple coat with a light blue scarf, clutched a newspaper as she strolled with daughter, Ashley, her daughter-in-law, Melissa and her step-granddaughter, Finnegan, on their way to Forme Barre Nantucket for a 60-minute class.
The quartet, bundled up for the chilly weather with leggings visible beneath their overcoats, were taking a break from living the high life at billionaire David Rubenstein’s sprawling $34 million compound, where the Biden family has spent the last four Thanksgivings.
Rubenstein served as an adviser to former President Jimmy Carter before making his fortune in the business world.
