Expected guests for Selena Gomez fall wedding

Selena Gomez’ wedding to music producer Benny Blanco this fall will be big.

The nuptials, which sources close to the singer say are in September, won’t rival the $50 million nuptials of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, but the paparazzi are on alert.

Stars expected to attend include her co-stars from “Only Murders in the Building” Steve Martin and Martin Short with his paramour Meryl Streep.

Also anticipated: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and Vanessa Hudgens and her husband Cole Tucker.

The Daily Mail reports the wedding will take place at Rosewood Miramar Beach, a five-star hotel in Santa Barbara.

Pamela Anderson and Christie Brinkley have a lot in common.

Both are glamorous pinups famous for looking good in a bathing suit. Each has been married and divorced four times, and have famous singers for exes; Anderson was married to both Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, and Brinkley was married to Billy Joel.

Both sex symbols have starred in the Broadway musical “Chicago,” playing the role of Roxie Hart. Pamela even went to see Christie in the hit show in 2011 before she took on the same part in 2022.

Brinkley tells Social Life magazine writer Matthew Berritt: “I admire Pamela. I think we were both misread. Different myths were built around each of us … We’re not salon blondes. We’re hands-in-the-dirt women. We bloom in the garden.”

Brinkley, whose new memoir “Uptown Girl” is a bestseller, also talks about her ex-husband Billy Joel, saying they met in a tiny bar in St. Bart’s.

“It was like someone’s garage with the door open,” she confides of the spot that only had a few seats and an upright piano tucked into a corner. Brinkley recounts that Billy made his way over to the piano and patted the bench. Christie sat beside him.

“What would you like to hear?” he asked. “The Girl from Ipanema,” she replied. The choice caught him off guard, but it worked. Instantly, there was a spark. “I had just learned it in Portuguese,” she said. “So I started to sing. At the time, I didn’t know who he was,” she revealed.

Soon, a love story unfolded. But Christie makes it clear, it wasn’t a fairy tale. “At some point, the drinking became the other woman. And once you’re the bad cop, they don’t want to be with you anymore.”

Brinkley goes on to talk about the painful moment she was told by a Southampton cop that her fourth husband, Peter Cook, was seeing a much younger girl. “I asked him to repeat it.” And that was the end of the marriage that left her with two wonderful children, Sailor and Jack.

When asked how it felt to see “Uptown Girl” land on the bestsellers list, “I had thought this book might just sit on shelves,” she confided. “I worried it would embarrass my kids. But people bought it. They loved it.” And: “I cried,” Brinkley confessed.

Brinkley celebrated her Social Life cover and hosted Polo Hamptons on Saturday, July 19 with the magazine’s editor-in-chief Devorah Rose and publisher Justin Mitchell.

Before Pierce Brosnan became a global icon as James Bond, he dreamed of a different canvas — one filled with brushstrokes.

Initially trained as an artist, Brosnan set aside his passion for painting when acting took center stage. But a serendipitous encounter in Ireland with artist Gerard Byrne inspired Brosnan to pick up his brushes again.

Brosnan was in Ireland filming the 2023 film “The Last Rifleman” when he spotted a vintage 1967 Jaguar S-Type parked in Byrne’s driveway and knocked on his door.

“He said, ‘Not sure if you know me,’ and I said, ‘Oh, I know you!’ He was curious about the car, which l’d actually traded for one of my paintings,” Byrne said.

What began as a conversation about classic cars evolved into an hour visit over tea in Byrne’s studio.

“Pierce was captivated,” said Byrne, who was showcasing his work at the Hamptons Art Fair.

“He talked about his love for the smell of oil paint, his time in art college, and how acting pulled him away from his first passion. You could see the longing in his eyes.”

The chance encounter left a lasting impression.

Now, Byrne lives across from one of the most famous pubs in Ireland. Finnegan’s of Dalkey is a family-run pub in a seaside village known as “The Hollywood of Ireland,” home to Bono and The Edge of U2, Van Morrison, Enya, and filmmakers Jim Sheridan and Neil Jordan.

While walking past Finnegan’s, Byrne spotted Brosnan and made an impulsive gesture.

“I reached into my art supply bag and handed him a bundle of paintbrushes,” Byrne said. “He reacted like l’d given him a bouquet of roses — pure joy!”

That small gift proved transformative.

“Right before COVID hit, he told me he was painting again with a real fervor,” Byrne said. “It felt incredible to know l’d played a part in that.”

In Hollywood, James Quattrochi is a triple threat — actor, producer and director. He’s also a proud Italian New Yorker.

“I saw ‘Rocky’ when I was 16 and immediately started boxing and working out,” he says over lunch — at Patsy’s, naturally. He had the chicken parm.

“Fast forward to today and I’m on set with Sylvester Stallone for ‘Tulsa King’ as a Kansas City gangster. I sit back in awe at an icon doing what an icon does.”

The veteran actor also has “Blue Bloods” and “Family Business” on the most recent part of his extensive IMDb credits list. He got his SAG card on “Goodfellas.” Scorsese told him “Don’t waste it.” He didn’t.

The recent fires in L.A. didn’t touch the studio backlots, so the New York street on the Fox lot is safe. That makes this Bronx boy happy. Just don’t ask him to keep up with Stallone.

“He runs from stage to stage producing, rewriting and setting up stunts. He’s like a teenager,” Quattrochi said.

D’yan Forest takes on antisemitism in her new show “A Gefilte Fish Out of Water” opening at Joe’s Pub on her 91st birthday on July 31.

Forest, once called “a filthy ukulele player” by Joan Rivers, is the Guinness World Record Holder for the Oldest Working Comedian.

She got sucker-punched in the face in Greenwich Village last year and nearly lost her right eye.

“Let’s laugh about it!” says Forest. “I have been through the ups and downs of antisemitism since I was 5 years old, so my show is about my life as a Jew. Don’t worry, it has plenty of laughs!”

Prima ballerina Irina Dvorovenko, who appeared on “The Americans” with Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, led the parade of dance lovers to American Ballet Theatre to see Chloe Misseldine make her debut in choreographer Frederick Ashton’s ballet “Sylvia” at the Metropolitan Opera House.

Misseldine, 23, was one of the youngest performers ever to be made a principal dancer at the age of 21.

ABT’s artistic director Susan Jaffe, board member Judith Hoffman, and dozens of supporters of Youth America Grand Prix — the USA’s largest ballet scholarship program where Misseldine got her start — led the standing ovation for her and her co-star Calvin Royal III.

Others in the audience included top plastic surgeon Dr. Bianca Molina, dermatologist Dr. Kenneth Mark, Bravo’s “Flipping Out” hairstylist Chaz Dean, architect TC Chou and artist Nevil Dwek, who was accepting kudos for his work in Holiday House’s Designer Showhouse in the Hamptons.
