Halle Berry certainly enjoyed her Mother’s Day.
The “Monster’s Ball” actress, 58, took to Instagram on Sunday night to share an intimate video with her musician boyfriend, Van Hunt, 55, before the holiday ended.
In the clip, Berry and her partner of five years could be seen lying topless and snuggled up in bed together while in France for the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.
White sheets covered their bodies, and the actress held a little red tube of gel in her hand.
“I showed y’all how my Mother’s Day started, and now I’m gonna tell you about – I’m not gonna show you – I’m gonna tell you about how my Mother’s Day is gonna end,” the “Catwoman” star teased before looking over at Hunt. “Ain’t that right, baby?”
“Yes,” the “Dust” singer agreed. “I wish you’d hurry up, too.”
Berry, who couldn’t stop laughing throughout the short video, then showed off the latest product from her Respin sexual health platform: a travel-size version of her Let’s Spin intimacy gel.
“First of all, we got our Let’s Spin because Let’s Spin just came out with this little travel size,” she revealed. “And since we’re in Cannes, France, I traveled with it for the first time.”
“We’re about to give it a spin,” Berry said, as Hunt chimed in, “We’re about to Cannes with Van.”
“Happy Mother’s Day once again, everybody,” the “X-Men” star concluded. “I hope all of you are somewhere spinning.”
“Oh my God,” Hunt added before the clip finished, “I ain’t ever been so happy to have Mother’s Day come to an end.”
Berry and Hunt have been together since 2020, when they met during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of the restrictions at the time, the pair could only connect over the phone for four months before meeting in person.
“I have this new amazing love in my life,” she told AARP in 2022. “Because of COVID, we spent four months talking on the phone. We were forced to let only our brains connect and discover if we had a connection before our bodies decided to get involved.”
“I’d never done it this way,” the “Cloud Atlas” actress added. “I fell in love with his mind, his conversation.”
Berry also credits Hunt for making her a “much better mother” to her two kids. She has daughter Nahla, 17, with ex Gabriel Aubry, and shares son Maceo, 11, with ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
Berry and Martinez, 59, were married from 2013 to 2016, and the pair were locked in an ugly divorce battle until 2023. She dated Aubry, 48, from 2005 to 2010.
“I just feel fulfilled. I feel happy in my life romantically, as a mother, as an artist,” Berry told Women’s Health in 2021. “I’m a much better mother in this circumstance than I would have been had I stayed in a romantic relationship that didn’t serve me and didn’t make me feel the way I need to feel as a woman.”
“I’m reminded that we always have to take care of ourselves first,” she added at the time, “because I can’t be a good mother for my children if I’m not fundamentally happy and feeling good about myself.”
But her saucy video in bed with Hunt wasn’t her only post on Mother’s Day. She posted two others to commemorate the holiday.
In the first, she shared a throwback pic of her and her kids playing on the beach together.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all the glorious moms around the world!” she wrote. “Today, I celebrate the beautiful chaos, the deep love, and the profound privilege of motherhood. These two mean everything to me.”
The second clip showed Berry “celebrating Mother’s Day the Cannes way” as she prepared to sit on the Cannes Film Festival jury from Tuesday, May 13, to Saturday, May 24.
“Celebrating Mother’s Day the Cannes way,” she captioned her second post, “taking care of myself so I can keep up with the non-stop energy.”
