Has Blake Lively congratulated Taylor Swift on engagement?

While many of Taylor Swift’s friends have publicly congratulated her on her engagement, the singer’s onetime bestie Blake Lively has remained noticeably silent.

Following the couple’s big news on Tuesday, many celebs — including Selena Gomez, Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Timberlake and Cara Delevingne — flooded Instagram with words of well wishes.

But fans were quick to notice Lively’s absence as she didn’t “like” or share the post, respond in the comments or publicly acknowledge the announcement at all.

Further fueling speculation that the friendship may be done for good, multiple outlets have cited sources saying Lively has no plans to reach out to the Grammy winner, who’s the godmother of the daughters Lively shares with husband Ryan Reynolds.

While the two starlets have had a longtime friendship, an insider told People last week that “Taylor and Blake aren’t speaking.”

Their relationship — or lack thereof — has been under public scrutiny since the beginning of the year when Swift’s name was dragged into the mix of Lively’s ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

In late December, Lively sued Baldoni, her director and co-star in “It Ends with Us,” accusing him of sexual harassment and a retaliatory smear campaign.

Weeks later, Baldoni filed a since-dismissed $400 million countersuit against Lively, Reynolds and publicist Leslie Sloan, accusing them of defamation and civil extortion. Among his many allegations, Baldoni claimed Lively used any and all means to pressure him into giving over creative control of the film, including leveraging Swift’s celebrity status.

Baldoni also included alleged text messages from Lively that appeared to show her referring to Swift as one of her “dragons.”

In May, the pop superstar was subpoenaed as a witness in the case, though Baldoni’s legal team withdrew that two weeks later.

A spokesperson for Swift said the subpoena was merely “designed to use Taylor Swift’s name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case.”

Amid all the drama, insiders told People that “Taylor was really hurt” by being dragged into the mess. While sources in June said Swift was “working to trust Blake again,” their friendship appears to still be on the outs as of this week.

Fans have even speculated that Swift’s song “Ruin the Friendship” — off her upcoming album “The Life of a Showgirl” — is all about the downfall of her relationship with Lively. However, questions remain around when that song was written and recorded.
