Gov. Kathy Hochul met with President Trump at the White House Friday where she touted congestion pricing as a big success, while also discussing the migrant crisis and other key issues facing New Yorkers.
Hochul and Trump talked in the Oval Office for more than an hour for a “frank, candid conversation about New York’s key priorities including congestion pricing, immigration, infrastructure, economic development, energy, offshore wind and nuclear power,” said a Hochul spokesperson Saturday.
Hochul also presented Trump with “a booklet on the early success of congestion pricing,” said the spokesperson, adding, “we will not comment further about private conversations.”
