“Home Alone” star Daniel Stern is off the hook for his charge of soliciting a prostitute.
Stern’s attorney, Blair Berk, appeared on the actor’s behalf Friday as Senior Deputy District Attorney Twyla Atmore informed Judge Pau Baelly the case was being thrown out Friday.
Atmore said Stern had completed a “diversion program” and that the charges were being dropped.
A source told the California Post: “The DA moved to dismiss the case in full.”
“This wasn’t a provable case.”
