Expect snazzy Sinaloa-style hats on the Strip this week and next.
On Friday, Sept. 4, Carín León is slated to kick off his long-awaited, two-week, seven-concert Las Vegas Sphere residency where he’ll become the first Latinx performer to headline at the eye-popping venue.
Then, the following week, the 37-year-old Hermosillo native’s second batch of shows will take place in the days leading up to this year’s Mexican Independence Day.
If you’d like to be there, last-minute tickets are still available for the septet of shows.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats for any one of León’s Sphere shows was $115 including fees on SeatGeek.
While expensive, seats are cheaper than when we last reported on tickets in September 2025. At that time, prices ranged from $186 to $134 including fees.
Not a bad discount for holding off on buying seats until the last minute.
Plus, should you see León live, you’re in for something special.
“What I want is for everyone to get into my brain,” León said in an announcement at Wynn Las Vegas back in September 2025. “I want you to see what I think, go on a tour through Hermosillo, a tour of all of the musical contrasts I’ve had, of the smells and many climates, and through everything that reminds me of my Hermosillo — what it is to navigate a bit of who is Óscar, who is Carín.”
Ahead of the brief residency, the hitmaker shared the 32 songs that will be on the Sphere set list via Spotify.
Just a few of the most notable include “Según Quién,” “Primera Cita,” “Que Vuelvas,” “El Tóxico” and his cover of Noelia’s “Tú.”
Once the Sphere stint is over, León hits the road again and has gigs lined up all over the West Coast including concerts in San Jose (Sept. 18), Fresno (Sept. 19), Los Angeles (Sept. 20), San Diego (Sept. 24) and Sacramento (Sept. 27) among others.
