TikTok star Tucker Genal, followed by 2.6 million on the platform, has died by suicide. He was 31.
The Hustle House influencer died by hanging on Dec. 11, according to online records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, which lists suicide as the manner of death.
“You were my best friend and an even better big brother,” his brothers Carson and Connor wrote in an Instagram tribute, confirming his death on Monday.
“You were the kindest person I’ve ever met and the greatest brother that anyone could have ever asked for. We love you and will miss you eternally Tucker,” they continued. “During this incredibly difficult time, we respectfully ask for privacy as we mourn and begin to navigate life without him.”
Genal lasted posted on TikTok the day he took his life, sharing a photo from every month of 2025. The post began with audio that said, “Well I think life is precious ’cause you can’t watch it again. Once you realize you’re not gonna be around forever, I think that’s what makes life so magical.”
Fellow TikTokers Bryce Hall and Zach Justice respectively said Genal was “one of the nicest dudes I’ve met in L.A.” and “always the kindest person to me.”
“I can’t believe this,” Justice added. “Please check on your friends.”
Influencer and collaborator Sean Schutt remembered Genal as “the kindest most selfless person I knew,” and credited the late creator with having “brought a light in me that I never even knew I had.
“YOU gave me Life,” wrote Schutt. “YOU showed me how beautiful life can be. … Thank you for always being there for me when I didn’t know where to go. Thank you for being you!”
