A woman who has spent hundreds of thousands on cosmetic surgery has revealed the dark side of her lifestyle.
Bibi Bugatti, a social media influencer, got her first cosmetic surgery at 17 with lip fillers and Botox. She said she “almost died” as a result of one of her procedures, saying she “couldn’t breathe” after her Brazilian butt lift.
But, that hasn’t stopped her from going under the knife again and again.
Her social media is filled with posts showing off the treatments, and flaunting her luxury lifestyle in Dubai. She even put a call out looking for a “wealthy partner to enjoy life’s luxuries together”.
Bugatti spoke to Truly, saying she spent $333,000 over the last three years on cosmetic surgery. For her 27th birthday, she spent $83,000 getting her face and breast implants increased from 800c to 1050cc. Over the years, she’s had a rhinoplasty, full body liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.
After that, she still wasn’t happy so she had implants in her buttocks. She’s also had a cat eye surgery, a cheek lift and eyebrow lift.
She describes her look as inspired by Barbie and Kim Kardashian, saying she was obsessed with the “perfection” that the doll had created.
She also gave a glimpse at her daily life, which started with an appointment with a makeup artist.
Her time is spent on jet skis, on quad bikes in the desserts, luxury clubs and restaurants and on yachts.
However, it hasn’t always been an easy experience.
“All my friends get b—hy to me. They start to fight with me. They get all jealous of me. So I blocked all my friends from the Netherlands,” she said.
She said she didn’t want to be “basic”. Bugatti, originally from the Netherlands, also said she felt like she had to move to Dubai as she “wasn’t accepted” in her own country. She also needs to sleep on her back now.
“With my boobs, I start to get a bit of pain if I sleep on my side,” she said.
Her parents also “don’t accept” her cosmetic procedures.
“They always tell me, ‘Why are you wearing like this, why are your boobs like this’,” she said.
“This is the culture. You need to be basic and then you will get accepted. But I don’t want to fit in. I don’t want to be basic like everyone.”
On social media, she often gets trolled as a result of her looks — particularly on TikTok. She’s even been screamed at in public.
