Two twin sisters have shockingly revealed that they “only have one bra” they fight over and have a “shared drawer” of underwear they both freely pick from.
New York-based identical twins Brigette and Danielle Pheloung, 27, made the shocking revelation on the “Gals on the Go” podcast earlier this month as they discussed what growing up as identical twins was like.
The duo, who are both social media influencers, dished on how they “literally” share everything and, unsurprisingly, have divided the internet on where the bond between the pair should draw the line.
“Wait, you want to know something crazy? I’m actually embarrassed to say this… We only have one bra,” Danielle said, shocking the show’s hosts, Brooke Miccio and Danielle Carolan.
“And we share underwear,” Brigette interjected, which was repeated by her sister to confirm.
“We only have one bra because we don’t wear bras, but whenever we need a bra, we’re like, wait… and we’re fighting over it,” Danielle explained.
The pair were then asked which sister was lucky enough to wear the bra for the episode.
The Pheloung sisters revealed they actually have two bras, one black and the other nude, and it was a “rare” occasion that they were both in use for the show.
However, they shared that they rarely wear black bra due to their outfit styles, so they “basically” have one between them.
The sisters admit listeners might think it’s “niche” and “weird as f–k” for them to share lingerie, but they’ve been doing so since high school.
While they feel comfortable sharing undergarments, listeners of the show were bewildered by their stunning confession.
“Ladies y’all could have kept this one to the grave,” commented one user on a clip from the show on TikTok, but added she’s “still a fan.”
“I’m a twin and here to say this is absolutely wild to me. My twin and I don’t even hug let alone share UNDERWEAR. no. Straight to jail,” another shared.
“I’m a twin and no. I get it but I could never,” another wrote.
While some found their confession disgusting, others shared they could relate to the sisters.
“Same DNA!!! lol,” commented one user, while another added, “I shared underwear with my twin too lol.”
“As a twin, this is so true we do the same thing we don’t have one we have multiples and then we just share them,” another added.
“Me and my twinny do the same exact thing,” a fourth wrote.
Though the internet may be torn about the twins sharing bras and underwear, the sisters didn’t seem to mind and even made a video, making light of the confession.
The twins posted a TikTok on Friday, where they alluded to fighting over the tan bra because one was moving out of the apartment.
In the video, the sisters can be seen having a tug-of-war battle for the bra, which was lip-synced to audio of an angry Abby Lee Miller yelling, “Get your finger out of my face!”
“How you guys expected us to act the second we decided we were moving away from each other,” they captioned their post.
The duo boast a combined 725,000 followers on Instagram and regularly post content on other platforms, including TikTok and YouTube.
