The “School of Rock” alum then hugged host Jimmy Fallon, 50, before yanking his pants back up. The audience cheered as Black danced for them before taking a seat.

“You bring the heat! You bring the energy,” Fallon said to his guest, who teased back, “I didn’t bring a belt. That’s what I didn’t bring!”

During their sit-down, Fallon pulled up a clip of Black starring in a video game commercial as a child.

The “Goosebumps” actor also reminisced on hosting “Saturday Night Live” in 2002, 2003 and 2005.

Black is set to return to Studio 8H after two decades this weekend alongside musical guests Elton John and Brandi Carlile.

He called is upcoming appearance “cray cray” to Variety, noting that he is feeling the pressure.

“Just so you know, having lots of nightmares, and night terrors and also fond memories flooding back. It’s crazy, very exciting,” teased Black.

“You know what they’re thinking about right now? They are just all in a dead coma from last night’s show,” the star said of the cast and writers. “Maybe some of them are thinking of some ideas, but I’m really thinking it’s one of those shows they put together in one week, that’s part of the excitement.”

Black said he loves “all those kids” in the current Season 50 cast.

“I call them kids because I was on that show before some of them were born — except for Kenan [Thompson], we’re around the same age. That’s about it,” he quipped to the outlet.

Up next, Black stars in “A Minecraft Movie.” The “Tenacious D” singer plays an expert crafter named Steve, opposite Jason Momoa, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks and Sebastian Hansen.

Black was familiar with the video game prior to landing the gig.

“I did do some Minecraft gaming, yes! I wouldn’t call myself an expert, but yeah, I know my way around a Minecraft universe,” he told Variety.

“I’m very excited about that one,” Black said of the track, which features Dave Grohl on drums. “Cale [Boyter], our producer, was like, ‘We need a big song at the end, something that wraps up the whole movie.’ And I was like, ‘I can’t write a song that wraps up the whole movie.’”

He added, “I said, ‘Maybe if you could get those guys that wrote “I’m Just Ken,” they could do it. And he said, ‘Done!’ and made it happen.”

Black continued, “I was like, ‘Are you kidding me?’ And we started jamming and working together and I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is heaven.’”

“A Minecraft Movie” hits theaters on April 4.
