Shagadellic.
Jacob Elordi showed off a shocking new look as he walked the red carpet at the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco on Friday.
The “Saltburn” star, 27, debuted a full beard and a shaggy ’70s style hairdo that contrasted sharply with his usual visage.
Elordi’s dark brown hair was pushed back and parted in the center. His robust beard was rough and tumble, more scraggly than manicured, and was a few shades lighter — and redder — than his mop.
Elordi is in the Northern African nation as a jury member of Marrakech’s film festival. He opted for a wide-leg black shawl collar tuxedo sans bowtie paired with a frog brooch that playfully appeared to climb his lapel as he walked the carpet of the Opening Ceremony and screening of “The Order.”
Starring Jude Law and Nicholas Hoult, “The Order” centers on a string of violent robberies in the Pacific Northwest that leads veteran FBI agent Terry Husk (Law) to a white supremacist group that plans to overthrow the US government.
Elordi was joined on the red carpet by fellow jury members Santiago Mitre, Nadia Kounda, Virginie Efira, Luca Guadagnino, Zoya Akhtar, Patricia Arquette, Andrew Garfield and Ali Abbasi.
The Australian actor was seen in Venice in early October with the beginnings of a mustache and a hint of a mullet.
He’s grown out a “sexy little dirtbag mustache” before. In 2023, Elordi’s “babygirl” vibes caught fans’ eyes when he stepped out sporting a ‘stache and wearing what some on the internet viewed as his own take on Princess Di’s athleisure.
Fans were divided by Elordi’s new look, with some declaring him unrecognizable.
One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “i refuse to believe that it’s him.”
“No way that’s him,” another commented. “I didn’t even recognize him!” a person shared.
Some believed the grooming switch-up was for a new role he is playing.
“[J]ust so you know, this new look is for a movie role! it’s all for the character, so no need to worry. let’s trust the process,” someone wrote.
Another commenter weighed in, saying, “he’s no beating playing one of the beatles allegations,” referring to the upcoming Beatles biopic.
Still, more were fans of Elordi’s hairy vibe.
“Comments saying they got the ick when he looks infinitely better like this ?” one perplexed fan posted. “H]e knows he looks good,” an Elordi lover added.
“The playboy is a man now,” a person on X wrote, adding a fire emoji.
